Unlike the typical tile system, our "Tornado Tile Roof" utilizes an anchor sheet, followed by a stand-alone underlying modified rubber roof system, adding new and superior metal flashings, with both attic and tile venting solutions, finalized with a placement of tiles into a foam adhesive!

The Tornado Tile roof system is one derived from South Florida and the Tornado Alley portions of the United States, where extreme weather and wind prevail. We've then added a stand-alone modified rubber roof system as underlayment, along with dual venting components to allow the home to properly exhaust.
Our Tornado Tile™ roof comes with a limited *20-year warranty!
*Tiles will not shift or slip, or we'll replace it for free! Force majeure caused cracks, breakage, etc. (ie. includes but not limited to downed trees or electrical poles or physical pressure or shock by another contractor licensed or unlicensed or homeowner not relative to the general environmental storms rain, wind, etc.) are not covered.
